This past weekend we celebrated my cousin, Banks, 4th birthday party. His family lives in Kansas. Somehow I did not get one picture of the birthday boy, but two pictures of his cake. I guess it is because the cake never moved. I would have to say this little boy had one huge day filled with lots of celebration for his life. Banks is such a true blessing and a miracle baby. God has blessed our family with such a happy, healthy, and brilliant little boy.
Banks started the day with his birthday party with 40+ of his friends at a place called Funtastics. I have never experienced such chaos, oh I mean "controlled," chaos in my whole life. After his birthday party we went to his house and watched unwrap what seemed like a trillion gifts and then we were off to eat dinner at the country club for his family birthday party. Below I have a pictures of the table and of his cake. I am sure you can tell from the cake that the theme was Star Wars. I am pretty sure almost every boy born has had a Star Wars birthday party at somepoint during their childhood.
Through all the activities we still had a fun, relaxing weekend. We enjoyed spending a quiet morning at hour hotel celebrating Mother's Day and enjoying the most beautiful weather! God is so good!
